The new production line features state-of-the-art high-speed nail making machines capable of producing 600 nails per minute per machine. The line is equipped with:
- 8 high-speed nail making machines (600 pcs/min each)
- Automatic wire feeding and straightening system
- In-line heat treatment (annealing) for optimal hardness
- Automated polishing and rust-proof coating station
- Computerized quality inspection with optical measurement
- Automatic counting and packaging system

Product Coverage Expansion
The new line also expands our product capabilities. We can now produce:
- Common iron nails (BWG 4-12 / 1/2" to 6")
- Coil nails for pneumatic nailers (including plastic and wire coil)
- Concrete nails (flat and fluted shank)
- Roofing nails with umbrella heads (galvanized + ceramic cap option)
- Double-head scaffold nails
- Specialty nails (brad, finish, cap, D-head)
Quality Assurance
Every nail produced on the new line passes through our computerized optical inspection system, which checks diameter, head shape, point sharpness, and length to within ±0.5mm tolerance. Each batch is sampled for tensile strength, bend test, and zinc coating weight verification.
The new line also meets ASTM F1667 (Standard Specification for Driven Fasteners) and carries full material traceability from steel coil to finished nail.
