MOQ varies by product. For most stock SKUs we accept orders from 1 ton; custom OEM orders typically start at 5 tons. Contact our sales team for specific MOQ on your item of interest.
What are your typical lead times?+
Standard products ship within 7–15 days after order confirmation. Custom OEM orders typically need 20–30 days depending on specification and quantity. We always confirm lead time in our formal quotation.
Do you provide OEM & private-label services?+
Yes. We routinely manufacture under customer brands. We can customize wire diameter, length, coating thickness, packaging, labels, carton printing, and palletization. Share your spec and we'll prepare an OEM proposal within 48 hours.
Which Incoterms do you support?+
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR and DDP terms. Our logistics team can arrange sea freight, air freight and even door-to-door delivery through our trusted forwarders.
Can you provide samples before placing a bulk order?+
Absolutely. We ship free samples for most standard SKUs (customer pays courier). Customized samples incur a small fee refundable against your bulk order. Sample delivery usually takes 3–5 days by express courier.
