Product Description
WANSUN Welded Wire Mesh is manufactured by precision resistance welding of intersecting longitudinal and transverse wires. The resulting grid structure provides excellent strength-to-weight ratio for concrete reinforcement, wall plastering, fencing panels, animal enclosures, and construction formwork. Available in galvanized and black finishes with various mesh sizes and wire diameters to meet international standards.

What is the difference between welded-then-galvanized and galvanized-before-weld mesh?
Welded-then-galvanized mesh has full zinc coating protection including the weld joints. Galvanized-before-weld mesh has zinc coating on the wire before welding, so weld joints may have exposed steel. For maximum corrosion resistance, choose welded-then-galvanized.
Can you supply mesh panels instead of rolls?
Yes, we can supply mesh as flat panels in standard sizes (2.4m x 1.2m, 2.0m x 1.0m) or custom dimensions. Panels are easier to handle and install for fencing and construction applications.
What mesh size is used for concrete slabs?
For residential concrete slabs, 150mm x 150mm opening with 4mm wire (6x6-W2.9xW2.9) is common. For heavy-duty industrial slabs, 100mm x 100mm with 5-6mm wire is typical. We can supply to ASTM or EN reinforcement mesh standards.
Do you provide mill test certificates?
Yes, we provide mill test certificates (MTC) including chemical composition, mechanical properties, and zinc coating thickness for all structural-grade mesh orders. EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 certificates are available upon request.
